RAFFI HOVANNISIAN AT INTERNATIONAL CONSULTATION OF PARLAMENTARIANS
Kiev, Ukraine—Raffi K. Hovannisian is in Kiev, Ukraine to address the International Consultation of Parliamentarians between September 18 and 20. Parliamentary representatives from throughout Europe have gathered here to mark the 70th anniversary of the Babiy Yar massacre and to discuss genocide, racism, and anti-Semitism in the new era.
Hovannisian has met the Speaker of the Verhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, the Vice Speakers of the German Bundestag, the Israeli Knesset and the Georgian parliament, as well as members of various European parliaments.
